Who this policy covers

This policy applies to omeganeural.com, public Omega websites, account and pilot intake, sales and support interactions, and OmegaOS services that link to it. Omega Neural Technologies Inc. (Omega, we, us) is responsible for personal information when it determines why and how that information is processed. A customer may be the controller or accountable organization for Customer Content it submits to Omega.

Information we collect

The information depends on how you interact with Omega.

  • Identity and contact information, including name, company, role, email address, and communication preferences.
  • Account, authentication, entitlement, support, and administrator information.
  • Commercial information, including package interest, orders, invoices, payment status, and transaction references. Full payment-card details are handled by payment providers rather than stored by Omega.
  • Customer Content, files, instructions, prompts, workflow inputs, outputs, approvals, and evidence submitted through enabled services.
  • Technical and usage information, including device, browser, IP address, security events, page interactions, service logs, and connector activity.
  • Information received from customers, authorized integrations, identity providers, payment providers, public sources, and people who communicate with Omega.

Why we use information

Omega limits use to defined business and service purposes.

  • Provide, secure, support, personalize, and improve the website and OmegaOS services.
  • Create and administer accounts, entitlements, connectors, workflows, approvals, and evidence records.
  • Process purchases, prevent fraud, reconcile billing, and maintain required financial records.
  • Respond to requests, deliver support, communicate service and policy changes, and manage business relationships.
  • Measure public-site performance and campaign attribution only when the applicable consent state permits the event.
  • Comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, and investigate abuse or security incidents.

AI, automation, and Customer Content

Omega services may route authorized inputs to selected models, tools, and providers to perform requested work.

  • Omega processes Customer Content to deliver the configured service and follow documented customer instructions.
  • Omega does not intentionally use Customer Content to train an Omega-owned general-purpose model unless the customer separately agrees.
  • Third-party model processing depends on the provider, account, configuration, and contract selected for the workflow. Customers should avoid submitting data they are not authorized to process.
  • Material workflows may retain prompts, outputs, approvals, traces, and evidence when needed for governance, security, billing, replay, or customer-selected memory.

How we disclose information

Omega does not sell personal information for money. Information may be disclosed only for defined purposes.

  • Service providers and subprocessors that host, secure, authenticate, process payments, deliver configured AI or connector functions, or support the service.
  • Customer administrators and authorized users within the same customer environment.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, financial institutions, and authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required.
  • A successor or participant in a financing, reorganization, acquisition, or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.

International processing

Omega and its providers may process information in Canada, the United States, and other locations where they operate. Those locations may have different privacy laws. Omega uses contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the transfer and service configuration.

Retention

Omega retains personal information only while needed for the stated purpose, the customer relationship, security and evidence integrity, dispute handling, and legal or accounting obligations. Customer Content follows the applicable service configuration and agreement. Backups and logs expire through managed rotation; legal holds, fraud prevention, and required records may extend retention.

Security

Omega applies risk-based administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including scoped access, encrypted transport, managed storage protection, secret custody, logging, review gates, and incident response. No internet service is completely secure, and customers remain responsible for their credentials, permissions, source data, and endpoint security.

Your rights and choices

Depending on location and context, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of certain marketing or sharing; and complain to a privacy regulator. Some rights have legal exceptions. Omega may verify identity, authority, and scope before acting.

  • Use the Privacy Choices page for request types and verification details.
  • Use the Cookie Preferences page to control optional browser technologies.

Children

Omega provides business services and does not direct the website or OmegaOS services to children under 18. Do not submit a child's personal information unless the activity is lawful, authorized, and covered by an appropriate agreement.

Changes and contact

Omega may update this policy as services, providers, or laws change. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where required, additional notice. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@omeganeural.com. Legal notices can be sent to legal@omeganeural.com.
