Data follows the configured work

Omega processes prompts, files, instructions, sources, tool results, approvals, and outputs to perform the workflow selected by the customer or user.

Provider routing

A workflow may use local models or third-party providers selected for capability, configuration, privacy, cost, resilience, or customer requirements. Provider identity can differ by feature and is not guaranteed unless the agreement or setting fixes it.

Training

Omega does not intentionally use Customer Content to train an Omega-owned general-purpose model without separate agreement. Third-party model training and retention depend on the selected provider, account, endpoint, and contract.

Memory and evidence

Customer-selected memory, retrieval, replay, audit, and evidence features may retain inputs, outputs, sources, route decisions, tool calls, approvals, and costs. Retention follows the feature, customer instruction, contract, and Data Retention Policy.

Human oversight

Material AI-assisted work should have an accountable owner, lawful purpose, bounded permissions, review posture, and stop condition. Customers decide what requires human approval within their environment, subject to service and legal safeguards.

Data minimization

Users should submit only information necessary for the task and should not send secrets or regulated data unless the enabled service and agreement support it. Customers remain responsible for source rights, notices, and permissions.

Output risk

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, insecure, or non-unique. Traceability and citations support review but do not guarantee correctness. Consequential uses require qualified validation.

Customer questions

Contract customers can request provider, retention, security, or transfer details for their configuration through privacy@omeganeural.com or security@omeganeural.com.
