Service Status
Omega's public incident-communication posture and the boundary between status information and contractual service levels.
Published following operator-authorized Omega privacy, security, claims, and operational review. External counsel review is not recorded.
Service Status is published as current informational posture, not legal advice, certification, or a contractual commitment. External counsel approval is not recorded.
Current public posture
Omega does not currently publish automated component uptime or historical incident metrics on this page. The absence of a notice is not a representation that every component is available.
Incident communication
For a confirmed material public incident, Omega may post a notice, communicate directly to affected customers, or use both channels. Security and privacy may limit details while investigation is active.
What notices may include
A notice may identify affected services, observed impact, investigation or mitigation state, customer action, recovery, and follow-up. Times and scope can change as evidence improves.
Customer-specific issues
Authentication, entitlement, connector, provider, data, billing, network, or configuration issues may affect one customer without creating a public incident. Contact support with the workspace, time, affected action, and safe diagnostic details.
SLA boundary
This page does not create an uptime, response, resolution, recovery, or service-credit commitment. Numeric commitments and remedies exist only in a package or executed SLA.
Security incidents
Do not post suspected vulnerabilities or exposed information publicly. Send security concerns to security@omeganeural.com so Omega can contain and investigate them.
Support
Use the Contact page for service help. Contract customers should use the support and escalation channels in their order or support schedule.
