Available requests

Rights vary by jurisdiction and relationship. Subject to applicable exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about disclosure and automated processing.

How to submit

Email privacy@omeganeural.com with the request type, the email or account involved, the relevant Omega service, and enough detail to locate the information. Do not send identity documents until Omega asks through an appropriate channel.

Verification

Omega may verify identity, account control, jurisdiction, and authority. Verification is limited to information reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized disclosure or deletion. An authorized agent may be asked for signed authority and the individual may be asked to confirm the request.

Timing and communication

Omega will acknowledge and respond within the period required by applicable law. Complex, high-volume, or third-party-dependent requests may receive a lawful extension notice. If Omega cannot fulfill a request, it will explain the reason unless prohibited from doing so.

Customer-controlled information

When Omega processes personal information only for a business customer, the customer controls the request. Omega will direct you to that customer or assist it under the applicable DPA and service agreement.

Appeals and complaints

If you disagree with a decision, reply to the decision or email privacy@omeganeural.com with `Privacy appeal` in the subject. You may also complain to the privacy regulator with authority in your location.

No retaliation

Omega does not discriminate against a person for exercising a privacy right. Some service functionality may be unavailable if the requested deletion or restriction removes information required to provide it.
