Omega's current posture
Omega does not sell personal information for money. Omega does not currently activate cross-context behavioral advertising on the public site. If that posture changes, Omega will update this notice and provide the controls required by applicable law before the activity begins.
Global Privacy Control
Because Omega does not currently enable sale or cross-context behavioral advertising, an opt-out signal does not need to disable an active sale. Where an applicable integration is later enabled, Omega will treat legally recognized browser opt-out signals as required by law.
Submit a request
Email privacy@omeganeural.com with `Do not sell or share` in the subject and identify the browser, account, or email involved. Omega may verify identity or authority before applying an account-level request.
No discrimination
Omega does not deny equal service merely because a person exercises an applicable opt-out right. Features that depend on a disabled optional technology may no longer work in the same way.
