Cookie Policy
The browser technologies Omega uses, why they are used, and how visitors control optional categories.

Cookie Policy is operator-authorized for public publication. External counsel approval is not recorded and remains recommended before material commercial or regulatory reliance.

What these technologies are
Cookies are small browser records. Local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies can store settings, protect sessions, measure activity, or support an enabled integration. This policy calls them cookies for simplicity.
Strictly necessary
Necessary technologies support security, routing, authentication, fraud prevention, checkout, and the cookie preference record. They cannot be disabled through the preference center because the requested site or service may not work without them.
Functional
Functional technologies remember optional settings and improve usability. The current preference center lets you enable or disable this category. Disabling it may cause preferences to be forgotten or features to require reconfiguration.
Analytics
Analytics technologies measure page performance, visit patterns, and CTA activity. Omega's public event contract blocks visit and CTA analytics unless the stored consent state allows analytics or marketing. Rejecting optional cookies leaves necessary business events, such as a request you submit or a checkout you start, available to complete that action.
Marketing
Marketing technologies may support campaign attribution or retargeting if Omega enables them. They remain off unless the stored consent state allows marketing and an applicable integration is active. Omega does not currently sell personal information for money.
Current first-party preference record
The preference center stores an `omega_cookie_preferences` record in local storage and, when permitted by the browser, a first-party cookie. It records category choices, policy version, and save time for up to one year so the site can honor the choice.
Third-party services
Payment, authentication, embedded media, connector, and infrastructure providers may set or receive technologies when you invoke their service. Their practices are governed by their policies and the relevant Omega configuration. Optional third-party analytics or advertising should not be activated before the required consent.
Managing or withdrawing consent
Use Cookie Preferences to accept all, reject non-essential categories, save a custom selection, or withdraw consent. Browser controls can also delete stored records. Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not make prior lawful processing unlawful.
Changes and questions
Omega may update this policy when technologies or providers change. The effective date identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to privacy@omeganeural.com.
