Internal review posture

Published following operator-authorized Omega privacy, security, claims, and operational review. External counsel review is not recorded.

External counsel posture
No external approval claimed

Accessibility Statement is published as current informational posture, not legal advice, certification, or a contractual commitment. External counsel approval is not recorded.

Commitment

Omega is committed to providing public websites and services that people with disabilities can use. Accessibility is part of product review, not a one-time certification.

Standards target

Omega targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA for public website experiences. That target includes the WCAG 2.0 Level AA criteria referenced by Ontario accessibility requirements. This statement does not claim independent certification or perfect conformance.

Current practices

Public components use semantic structure, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus, responsive layouts, text alternatives where applicable, and contrast-aware design tokens. Automated and browser checks are combined with manual review for changed routes.

Documents and third-party services

Some documents, embedded tools, payment flows, identity providers, or linked third-party services are controlled partly by their providers. Omega works to choose and configure accessible options but cannot guarantee third-party conformance.

Known limitations

Complex visualizations, rapidly changing previews, experimental interfaces, generated media, and legacy documents may have limitations. Omega prioritizes barriers that prevent core navigation, understanding, account access, purchase, support, or legal-policy review.

Feedback and alternate formats

Email accessibility@omeganeural.com or use the Contact page with the affected URL, assistive technology if relevant, and the format or support needed. Omega will work with the requester to provide an accessible format or communication support appropriate to the information.

Assessment and updates

Omega reviews accessibility when public components or material routes change and updates this statement when the target or known posture changes.
