Security abuse

You may not probe, scan, disrupt, overload, evade limits, introduce malware, access another environment, extract credentials, bypass controls, or use Omega to compromise systems without explicit written authorization.

Privacy and rights

You may not collect, infer, expose, sell, track, or process personal, confidential, or proprietary information without lawful authority, required notices, permissions, and safeguards. Do not upload content that violates privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or contractual rights.

Harmful or deceptive activity

You may not use Omega for exploitation, harassment, discrimination, impersonation, fraud, deceptive manipulation, non-consensual intimate content, child sexual abuse material, human trafficking, or instructions intended to cause material physical harm.

High-impact decisions

Do not rely on unreviewed automated output as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, employment, housing, education, insurance, credit, safety, or public-benefit decisions. Applicable workflows require lawful authority, qualified oversight, validation, appeal, and recordkeeping.

Weapons and dangerous activity

You may not use Omega to design, acquire, deploy, or materially facilitate weapons, destructive devices, or dangerous biological, chemical, cyber, or physical attacks.

Spam and platform manipulation

You may not send unlawful or unsolicited communications, fabricate engagement, misrepresent identity, evade platform rules, manipulate reviews, or publish claims without required evidence and approval.

Financial and digital-asset misuse

You may not use Omega for theft, laundering, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, fraudulent fundraising, unauthorized transfers, or misleading financial promotion. Real-funds and wallet activity must follow the applicable permissions and safeguards.

Enforcement

Omega may investigate, preserve evidence, remove content, limit a feature, suspend access, or terminate service when reasonably necessary to address risk or breach. Where appropriate, Omega will notify the customer and provide a chance to cure or appeal.

Report abuse

Report suspected abuse to abuse@omeganeural.com. Report a vulnerability or active security issue to security@omeganeural.com. Do not include unnecessary sensitive data in the first report.
